Call to arrange a viewing: Discover your future home with ease! Simply contact us to schedule a viewing at your convenience. Our team is ready to guide you through the properties that match your criteria, providing valuable insights along the way.
Like the house?: Great! To secure the property, simply let us know you wish to apply. We request a holding amount equivalent to one week’s worth of rent while you complete the necessary paperwork.
Documentation: We will require a few documents to finalise your application. Share your proof of address and photo identification with us, and our team will swiftly process your information. We prioritise your privacy and security, ensuring that your details are handled with the utmost care and in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.
Referencing: Before we finalise the process, we will submit your application for referencing (this verifies your income and credit history) to verify your eligibility to rent a home in the UK. A reputable referencing company carries this out on our behalf. This is standard practice for lettings agencies in the rental industry.
Confirmation: Once all referencing information is collated, and all is successful, you will receive comprehensive ‘move-in’ documents, including:
AST Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement: A clear and legally binding agreement outlining the terms of your tenancy, protecting both tenant/s and landlord/s.
Photo Inventory with Property Condition: A visual record of the property's condition at the time of move-in, ensuring transparency and minimising disputes during the move-out process.
Compliance Documents: All relevant compliance documents related to the property you're moving into, ensuring that you have all the necessary information about the property and its compliance with regulations.
